Venky’s murg malai tikka contains chicken meat (68. 8 Percent) milk solids, water, cheese (emulsifiers – INS 331, INS 340, INS 452 and INS 339, preservative – INS 200, acidifying agent – INS 330) refined sunflower oil, cheese powder, eggs, lemon juice, spices and condiments, sugar, iodized salt, garlic paste, dextrose, acidity regulator (INS 451) methi. Instructions for use: open the packet and heat Venky’s murg malai tikka to achieve a minimum product temperature of 75 degrees centigrade as below pan heating – heat little oil in the non-stick pan and place tikka pieces in it. Heat the tikkas with close lid and intermittent turning for 5 to 6 minutes. Or microwave – heat the tikkas in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Or (iii) sandwich griller – apply little oil to top and bottom of griller and place the tikkas in griller. Heat it for 3 – 4 minutes. Serve with green chutney and mix salad.
